@Caintpau : I’m so sorry!
@RedBear2016 : I’m sorry! It is actually quite shocking because I thought your stats were amazing. I don’t feel good about my chances now.
@GoldMouse123 : Have you heard anything as yet?
@Caintpau I hope everything goes well for you!
@RedBear2016 Wow, I wasn’t expecting that. I’m so sorry…
@reallyrealistic Not yet, what about you?
@GoldMouse123 : Nope, nothing today.
Sorry to hear that guys. I’m absolutely shocked you two didn’t get in.
Has anyone looked into on campus housing (west campus houses, on campus townhouses, etc) versus subletting an apartment in collegetown by month for the spring?
Thanks guys, I was quite shocked myself. Not sure what went wrong…I think I’m going to apply again for fall term though
hey guys, applied to the college of human ecology for human development…anyone else still waiting for a decision from them?
Haha thanks for the sentiment! I kinda knew I wasn’t getting in - in a competitive college like CAS where stereotypically <10% get accepted in the fall (probably much less in the Spring), I wasn’t expecting much.
Not to put down Cornell in any way, but over the past couple weeks I sort of realized Cornell wasn’t for me - I’m looking for a smaller, more intimate student community that I think I’ll find more of at Emory, which I’m so excited for
(I would have gone to Cornell mainly for the name-factor). @Vctory and @RedBear2016 - it feels like we were on this journey together from the start haha. Thanks you both, and everyone else in this forum, for your support and information.
Good luck in your future endeavors!
