Official Cornell University Class of 2015 RD Results

pr, ivys and MIT, Duke, Stanford, etc are always a crap shoot. Northwestern is a top school and often selected over many other top schools by applicants. you should be proud of your acceptances. yes you will see some who got in with higher and lower scores, gpas, ecs, at all the top schools, whatever, but that makes no difference for you. You should have sent in that ACT 34.
maybe you can call admissions and ask them about their guaranteed transfer program; it is usually in the original decision, but maybe they will take another look.
and Berkeley is also a very respected school. you will see many threads here about people debating between berkeley and cornell - and while they are usually ca residents, it is still a great option for you if you like the pacific rim of the US and the much more temperate weather…
good luck to you
