<p>It’s not extremely easy to get into if it rejects so many of its 2200+ applicants. All that shows is that it’s looking for something other than perfect SAT scores, and possibly that its hard to get into for applicants who don’t demonstrate a good fit at Cornell, regardless of their scores. Schools that are easy to get into would accept all of the higher scorers along with the lower scorers, but the higher scorers wouldn’t necessarily attend the school.</p>
