<p>^^I’m in Maryland too…when I visited NE and they asked where I was from they said “It’s nice to have someone from the south!”
I hope the admissions office doesn’t think MD is “The South” and release ours with that region…</p>

<p>you guys think i can get into the honors program with a 32 ACT and a 92.7 GPA
i was president of my class, have 4 different volunteer organizations, on the volleyball team, and have board positions in 3 clubs. am also a dancer and recs and essays should be decent.

applied into accounting, took honors acctg for a year and got straight As and I work in a bank (I assume that helped)</p>

<p>they dont take the major into consideration for admission into honors its top 15% of admitted class of applicant pool. i called the counseleur director up earlier today and thats what he said.</p>

<p>but im doing college of business admin (cba) .</p>
