<p>I’m really surprised I got deferred, and it seems many other people are unhappy too and have higher stats than me. This will seriously affect my decision whether to attend NU or not, unfortunately. NU was not near the top of my list anyway, but still an option. Just another school I have to wait until April for, I guess…</p>

<p>Son Accepted with a Dean’s scholarship of $22,000. I was really excited thinking he could stack that with the National Merit scholarship which is $30,000 but it looks like you can’t stack. So I guess $30,000 might be all he will get.

<p>For people asking about scholarship, my son’s was because of getting into the Honors program I think. So maybe the higher stats are getting into honors, and thus the merit $ ??</p>
<p>I got no money so I’m currently grieving. I need to get the price down to 45k a year I don’t know what to do because I really want to go here . My parents make what is considered to be a lot of money but cannot afford 58k a year unless I swamp myself in debt so I likely won’t get anything from fafsa. So happy I got in but so sad cuz I probably can’t go major is physical therapy 6 year program. </p>
