As much as he dislikes capitalism, it has proved more successful than any other economic system. Sure there are inequalities and injustices, but your need to find utopia generally leads to people placing their faith in false prophets and madmen who create much more misery than the system they replaced. Unfortunately, there are countless examples of this throughout history. If you look at people in large organizations where the profit motive does not exist (government organizations), they are generally less productive and increasingly demoralized by the unwillingness of the organization to recognize (measure) or reward their efforts.
