@PerfunctoryPeter I feel the same way. I mean I’ve only been rejected (or basically, calling this a rejection) from my top 2, but that’s what I did. I think the issue I have is that I don’t have a clear hook. I have no ethnic background and am not cultural or religious. It seems the same may have done you in, which sadly isn’t something either of us can control, but is a risk at such a small school. I think in the end my hard work wherever I am will pay off, I just realized this year that I don’t have to be as studious and I can still get the grades.
