Oh I have ANOTHER question I could have potentially missed. Something about plants…

There were answer choices that were like
c) they have chlorophyll a and b
d) they use starch primarily [for storage]
e) they are anaerobic for respiration usually

was that e or a or b or aah… I don’t know.

this test was actually easy compared to the november one, and i dont think there was such a good curve on that one because barely anyone that posted on CC got over 700 ( who posted on the results forum atleast).
- Which method cant be used to show relationships between organisms- i said carbon dating
- The one with the same fossils in the shale- i said the geographic formation was around the same age.

yes it was carbon dating. I didn’t get a question on fossils… you took ecology right?

How hard was the November one? Did people not know a large portion of the answers?

Okay good because by process of elimination, I got e.

Yes I got carbon dating too…

Oh my god… Anonymous91 that’s terrible news @_@

yea i took ecology. The november one (the first time i took the sat 2 bio) was insanely hard, and its not like i didnt study for it. It had questions on taxis and cyclic amp which i never heard of (later did i find out it was mentioned in barrons). It had many controversial questions, and it had many hard experiment/ graph/ analyziation questions.

For the Nov. test, did you take it anonymous?
If you don’t mind me asking, if you got 700+ approximately how many did you miss?
[You don’t have to answer that]

I’m thinking the curve will be normal then. Not good… haha

…

I know about taxis and cyclic AMP!!! Gahh why couldn’t it have been on this test T_T

oh hahaha. posted at same time.

How was the curve on that one? was it like -1 =800 like the sparknotes curve?

I know Pi. GAH I studied Barrons too… and not a LOT appeared today… dies hahaha

shiit…it was carbon dating??

i canceled my nov score, i figured i might as well cancel the sat 2 bio if i know i can do better. This one im not sure if i should cancel or not. However i heard the december one was really easy and im thinking it was trying to make up for the nov one. This test was ok but the disease questions took up alot of my time and i had to rush through the A a ones etc… as well as making the usual stupid mistakes.

I wish I took the december one.

Yes I’m like 90% sure it was Carbon dating. The rest were not the answer.

The problem for me is that I only need a 730+ I guess… and I’m borderline now. I can’t tell if I got that or not?!? Wow, I suck at biology.

I wish I took the december one too… except I was not prepared at the time. Sigh~ Ahhh agony.

All I need to know is the number of questions I missed. If I missed like more than 10 I’m screwed. Hahaha.

Yeah I need to know too… so far I’ve gotten 4 wrong for sure.

Oh yeah. What happens when you eat animals and plant proteins… does it become part of the cytoplasm?

i think i missed more than 10, how many do u think u can miss and still get a 700 for those who have taken it b4 and know approximately how much they missed?

I took it once and got a 700. Hahaha… I calculated that I missed around 8. Harsh curve.
