Official Jan. 27 SAT Biology Thread

67 = 750, according to my SAT book.

I skipped around 10 and probably got around 10 wrong. Meh.

What did you guys put for the amniotic egg question? I put the dryness option.

What about the inoculation question? Anyone remember anything?

panic what’s the inoculation question?
was it from bio e? i took m…

I put yolk… it contains nutrients and stuff…

I skipped that one… there were too many possibilities.

What innoculation question?

Lol, the incoulation question might have been from a practice test I took the day before. Though if anyone remembers it, bring it up.

67 probably won’t be a 750. That was the case maybe 4 years ago… but not anymore. sadly

I hope that 67 is more than 710… that’s all I care about…

I don’t remember an innoculation question…

The amniotic egg question was dryness… Since the amniotic fluid provided a fluid environment outside of water. I put yolk sac too :[

I’m not sure if it’s even a 710 =/

which is why… I just might cancel…

dang it, i listed harvard, yale, princeton and mit to receive my score… and i already got a 710, if i go down… i’m screwed… you think the 67 will equate to higher? this test was much harder and i thought that i may have done better than last time…

now i’m really debating canceling… but that’ll look bad if i told them i’d take the tests again right?

Yeah, last time I got a 700. If I go down, I’m pretty screwed too. Better safe than sorry. [I’m not a senior, so I have time to go take it again] Plus, there were questions I really should not have missed that I did… =[ I decided to cancel this morning.

I sent a fax.

I’m taking it again in May.
And I sent a fax too. Mail is too slow… I’m afraid they won’t get it in time.

Oh my god… everyone is cancelling?! Sigh~ Since it’s the first time I took it I think I’ll wait and see my score, and if it’s not what I wanted I’ll take it again in May.

I’m pretty glad I cancelled. If I didn’t, I’d be slightly screwed over if I got a lower score…

Can someone help me out here? I got a 710 on Bio-E last time and told harvard, mit, princeton, and stanford that I would retake it. I listed the colleges to receive the score… but now I worry that I may have actually done worse… becuase I don’t know what a 66-68 on this administration will equate to…

Should I cancel my scores? Is it possible to allow the test to be graded but somehow prevent the scores from being sent to any colleges… and allow me the decision later to send the results should they turn out to be beneficial? Should I just leave the test and score reports the way they are? Please I’d appreciate the help since I need to cancel soon if that is my best option.

If you’re SURE you did worse… then yeah, go cancel.

If you think you might have scored another 710… it’s okay. I don’t think you need to cancel.

I cancelled mine… tears

aw it’s okay.
We can all just do better next time… in May. What a LONG time away.
