Wow, I did bad. I got my scores early through Naviance. 710 W (10 essay, 67 MC), 650 CR, and a 570 M (good lord). I think the SAT anxiety got to me while I was going through because I had taken two practice tests the day before and got a 2140 and a 2190, both timed and both set in test like conditions. I had studied so so so much since November. This is going to be hard to deal with when my friends will most likely break 2100 with little to no studying. I hate the SATs so much. On to March, I guess…
@yesyesyes1 Math: 530, Critical Reading: 580, Writing: 480, Essay: 3 (I overthought it and only got through a paragraph and a sentence or something, overthinking is likely to be a huge damper on all of my scores). You don’t get to see how many you missed when you’re viewing your scores on the admissions portal of a college website.
@singeorgina I thought my essay was pretty decent. I used a pretty common tutor format (4 paragraphs, 2 examples related to unique historical figures). I even got creative and used alliteration in my first sentence to try and get the literary terms point. I was sort of expecting closer to an 11, but I most likely made a couple of stupid grammar mistakes.
@wingachu Certainly. I can’t gauge how bad the math curve is because I in no way thought I got more than 6-7 wrong and low and behold I didn’t even break 600.
