Also i got dramatic, snide, articulate and mocking position and solely
Got correct? for proper indignation for What are you doing question (not sure)
close attention for paki girls watching aunt and grani fighting it mentioned about watching tennis ball?
Also i got exhilarate and authority for another vocab but i guessed this one. what was the right answer?

Overide, I got the same answer

Was chauvistic an answer

So for the last CR section. The last 3-4 sentence completion answers were the following:
Primacy (sentence was like "Author of 19th Century Sante:Fe; showed that individual history was the most important thing)
Assidious (the girl that paid attention in school)
Discontconcerted…something (about the guy that had to prepare for his essays and was told to extemporize)

for twain question i got scholars have same insight blah blah

@SAT100 why wouldn’t mollified, administered work?

Do any of you remember answers from the illusion in art passage? That one really messed me up… I thought everything was easy, minus one question that I left blank, up until that passage.

@s2jhlee i got fundamentally not solely.

@overrideI got the same thing. I am uncertain about the CR section, but I am certain that that was the right answer. It talked about Mark Twain calling the Sphinx magnificent and not making fun of it. Also the passage said that the painter’s painting of the Sphinx was not like his other works, or his usual way.

I also got fundamentally instead of solely, for whichever question had those answers.

Perhaps

Disconcerted and furnish?

@bluedevil because the student wasn’t used to giving essays/speechs on the spot without notes (meaning of extemporize). So he would panic rather than comb down.

Edit: I got fundamentally as well. I think both authors agreed that the main goal of higher education was the make the student more analytical and knowledgeable.

@s2aeca yeah that’s correct.

@ SAT 100 i didn’t get primacy i got something else but forgot what it was. is primacy right answer for sure?

primacy is correct, it means being first/foremost which agreed with how the author used primarily biographical information in her works

what about the vocab section with the telescope passage? I got elude for one, and on the one about the girl on the team, i had D, not the one that was versatility…insult.

The one about the how he characterizes the army, Im pretty sure that was B) pedantic, because its not his view of the army, but how he characterizes them

@blue devils i picked something else. for versatility insult i think i got something…ordeal

^it was the ordeal one. i think the first word meant domineering

I put pedantic because snide was a bit extreme and when I read the following few lines, no jokes could be read

also from dictionary.com pedantic means :overly concerned with minute details or formalisms, especially in teaching.

so i think pedantic was the answer
