***OFFICIAL MARCH 2015 SAT (US ONLY)***

okay nice i debated on that for a really long time
thanks!

that’s probably the experimental math. i only had 3 math sections and those questions weren’t in any of them

College Board I hated the march sat. Im sorry for being so harsh but I died during this test. Please have mercy on
us for the May sat. Please

Wait in the first math section did you guys have a question with boxes connected and every color must be used and answer was 9. In second math section question with circle inside a triangle and answer was √3(also section with grid-in). In thurd math section question with 1-200 and every 3rd underlined and every 5th circled answer was 13.

Wait for the temple one I thought it was contrasting

@ayang9824 and @donewithsat what was your first section on the sat?

excluding the writing part

hey guys remember the paragraph revision question about celebrities changing thier own bio on wikipedia? The one with the answer choices fortunately & however. How did that question go? Does anyone remember the full answer choices? Pls would really help me.

@ayang9824‌ I got the same answers

@chx177 i think it was like fortunately, these tampering is usually corrected within minutes. i forgot how the however one went but i chose fortunately as my answer

Was it possible that I got 2200+?

The math portion was relatively easy for me but I had to omit the question with having to do with n and 1. I think I also answered the the question on complaints with 9/34 instead of 34/68 or 1/2 but I almost sure the question was saying there were 68 days in which there WERE complaints so the number of I looked for was how many days in June did customers complain which would be 8 days with one complaints, 6 days with 2 complaints, and 2 days with 3 and 4 complaints each. Anyone else looked at the problem this way because I remember it being worded very oddly.

In addition I swear by dog’s life (I’m evil ik) that the question about parallel lines was asking for horizontal distance. Others on this forum seem to have gotten 7/3 for this question like I did but I keep seeing some say it was asking for vertical distance and that they got 7. Was it possible the SAT changed wording on some answers like this one so there would be inconsistency among test takers after? Its really a wording change on SAT’s part and if they have done something like this before we may never know.

So on math omitted 1 and might have gotten these two wrong which I feel I did after reading this forum and doc.

On critical reading, I am not sure how many I got wrong but it seems like most of the controversial questions that many have been getting wrong I have been getting right. I am feeling a 4-5 on this section and maybe even better.

Writing was SUPER hard so I feel 4-5 on that section too. Essay was around 9-10, maybe even 11 but idk. I wrote about Mona Lisa (visual art) and Communist Manifesto (literary art as I argued Karl Marx’s words spread the socialist/communist movement) for the power of art.

Knowing that the curve for the Math section would be average-harsh, and the curve for the other sections would be average-lenient. What would you guys say I got?

No matter what score I get it will be better than the raw SAT I took in January which was 1870 with 630 M, 650 CR, and 590 W (10 essay)(don’t laugh, its pathetic I know). Since then I have been consistently practicing and my first 3 Practice Test in the Blue Book were 2060, 2140. 2180 and others were in the high 2000s to high 2200s range.

Sorry for being so long as this has been my first post because it is the only time I haven’t felt so intimidated by the people on this forum

@ayang9824‌ @Lololster‌
section 1: essay
section 2: math
sect 3: writing
sect 4: CR
sect 5: math
sect 6: math
sect 7: reading
sect 8: math
sect 9: reading
sect 10: writing

im prettu sure this was my order. idk if i got section 6 math and 7 reading, or the other way around. the one that i think is either 6 or 7, that math section, that was the one i think is experimental with the pill problem

ok phew @donewithsat we prob had the same test. How did you think of the test?

@Lololster haha I thoguht it was all pretty hard… except for the math; if the one we think is experimental, is experimental, than i thought the math was easy, you?

For the complaints math question I also got 9/34 (it was multiple choice right?)

@gettingdat2400 I am pretty sure that was MC. Was it worded weiredly for you too because I did wanted to solve it like the other CCers did by putting total complaints in June to total complaints in year but I then realized it said something like 68 days with complaints

Sorry I think it was 1/2. But did anyone get a question about fibonacci numbers? I had a question asking how many of the first 70 were odd.

@donewithsat, I think i did really bad on the sat. I just came back from a field trip at 2am so I didnt have
enough energy to do well as I had hoped

can someone plz tell me exactly which writing section was experimental? I had a writing section on section2?

@rdeng2614 I think fibonacci numbers was experimental since I never saw it and I had 4 CR sections
