The early decisions for the Class of 2019 started arriving around 5:30 pm CST.

snail mail will probably only come in a few days, but there should (hopefully) be an email notification today
Great I’m 11 hours ahead of CST, so I might as well go to bed early.
I was admitted ED this past December, and I got my decision at exactly 5:30 CST. The actual email won’t have your decision, but it will say “Northwestern Application - Status Update” and will link you to a portal. The decision will be on there. Best of luck everyone!!!

Most colleges list their default decision release date as early April, when in actuality, results come out in mid to late March. They say by April first to end
I thoroughly checked my emails but never found an email from Northwestern about decisions coming by April 
Why would admissions office not send this email to everyone. @tammytuesdayy ?
Does anyone have a link to any northwestern portal? I don’t remember creating an account and password and when I get my email I don’t want to be stuck in a state of suspense because I can’t access my account (like what happened with UW-Madison)
If they confirmed that we’re getting decisions this week, I can’t think of any reason that they would be coming tomorrow since my ED decision came on a Monday. I think/hope that was just an anomaly, probably resulting from their record-breaking number of ED admits.
I’m trying not to get my hopes up for an acceptance but gahhhhh omg I’m so close 
@arigatogirl They don’t have a portal. You get an email with a link where you have to register some brief info and then you have access to your decision letter.

@arigatogirl No problem it only takes a few seconds to do the little registration, it’s a very intense moment so you work at super speed lol. Btw, cool that you also applied to Madison. If I don’t get into Northwestern or UMich, that’s probably where I’ll be headed! Good luck on your decision!
