It listed the three sat subjects I took: physics, chem, and math 2… Is this just a coincidence or did they cater the email to each?
@Jimboboy I didn’t take any SAT subject tests and I got the same email so I think it’s standard.

No letter for me either. I got it in January, but that doesn’t mean much.
We got our ED results on Monday at around 5:30 CST so I assume they would do the same for RD

@parthlen: As much as I hope that’s the case, I do remember some people from the admissions office told students who called them last Friday that they hadn’t even set a date for decisions to be released. I seriously doubt they’d release them tomorrow if that’s true. (Yes, I know, the admissions office has been really mysterious, so they might have been lying.)
Do you have the URL to the portal login page they sent you with the decision? Maybe we can check to see when it’s activated or online again, which might give us an indication as to when we’ll get the actual notification emails.
I think the best thing we can do now is hope (and maybe call them again tomorrow evening to see if they’ve decided on a date). Being nosy is never a bad thing, at least until it is.

@Questsnow Here’s the portal you get with your email: https://ugadmission.northwestern.edu/account/login but you won’t be able to get into it since you would need the pin # from your email to create a password
@patrisha727. Oh. For some reason in my brain I thought it would be offline until our decisions were available. I guess you ED applicants would still need access to the page throughout the year. Silly me.

You can make an account using forget password, no decision though lol.
As a policy, they are not allowed to release the specific date during which decisions are being released. They probably have a date set, but we have no way to know what that date is for sure. Calling them would be useless and unnecessary.
@thebingbong: Is it actually their policy, or just a CC conspiracy theory? If it’s true, that’s unfortunate, but it means there’s a chance it’ll be tomorrow. 
@Questsnow Even if it is a CC conspiracy theory, it is obivious by reading previous years’ post that they do not release or disclose any dates. Like everyone else I hope that it is tomorrow, but I will not call and email them badgering them for a date and time.
does anyone know if the chances for theater majors is the same as any other major at northwestern? they are non-audition so they choose based on application only…
