I feel like we should all take like a break from checking and checking and checking, because we know we’re not getting them for a while. I’m gonna only open this page again a few hours before the decision tomorrow, and I think others should try too! Good luck everybody and take a break from the internet for a day. I’m getting a C this semester in AP statistics because the teacher is horrible. I surprisingly have one of the best grades in class. Do any of you know if I might get rescinded if I’m accepted? Also, will this affect my chances for applying to other colleges?
I also wanted to point out that I have a B in AP English and an A in everything else… I really hope this doesn’t change anything!

@asc12199 I wouldn’t think it would warrant a school pulling back on their offer but I wouldn’t take any chances. Demand that your teacher do something to help you, if not go to your counselor and if not go to the head of the school. Explain how much school and your grades mean to you. We all have to take responsibility of our future so now is the time to stand up for yourself and get the job done! You can do it.

Just created an account so I could comment here. Will we use this same thread for posting our post-decision stats?? Also, just some advice, if you don’t make it, it’s probably a better thing in the long run. You wouldn’t want to go to a school that’s such a reach that you’ll end up spending all your time studying and still getting C’s. Everything works itself out.

i’m getting an odd feeling that a lot of northwestern students are just reading through these posts and laughing their heads off at us freaking out a little too much. I have a feeling it is tomorrow and best of luck to y’all! I’ll be in the middle of a viola lesson or eating dinner when it comes out so I’ll be crying (regardless of result) at the awkwardest places and times :)>-
