***Official Nov 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

@engineerof2016‌ we should lol

@redrabbit23‌ staying up til 5 would be rough ahaha. I luckily only have to wait until 2. The scores release throughout the morning so im afraid of staying up and them not releasing right at 2. But my Oct. score released at like 2 so i think ill be fine

I have ambivalent feelings toward the SAT since it’s my last time to feel the anxiety of discovering what my scores are. I will miss all the times I’ve studied for the SAT and the subject tests, but I am also relieved to not have to worry about it. At least I got College apps to keep me busy for the next month or so.

@TheCalculator‌ lol i like that you use the SAT word “ambivalent”

Well, hopefully I’ve have enough energy to last until 5 AM haha. I’ve got to study for a Calc test and finish a Physics problem set anyways. Plus I have a good supply of caffeine…

And honestly, I BSed that essay (wrote about the Grapes of Wrath and Lowell Mill Girls, 5 minutes left so I wrote the last two paragraphs frantically) so I wouldn’t be surprised with a low writing score.

Crosses fingers!*

Just a curious question. For all the cheating rumors of students in China, Japan, India, Singapore, Philippines, etc getting answer keys, how does ETS determine which students actually cheated and which students did not. I mean by investigating their answer sheets, it’d be tough to decipher who cheated and who didnt. I personally think all the students scores in those countries should be killed.

@emersonballer21‌ lol , at least the SAT taught me something worthwhile.

@emersonballer21‌ At first, when I read your comment, I thought that you wanted those kids to be killed lol. Accidentally, read over “scores”

@TheCalculator‌ yeah the only thing that will stick with me in college will be the vocab. I can tell people i know what words like “pulchritude”, “chicanery” “perfidious” mean

a fun countdown i made: <a href=“Countdown Timer – Time since Nov 25, 2014 5:00 am started in Columbus, Ohio”>Countdown Timer – Time since Nov 25, 2014 5:00 am started in Columbus, Ohio; lol

hey guys is the time the same from coast to coast for score release? (ie 2 am PT and 5 am ET)

^ yes

Cali is always 4 hours behind.

Yeah i could see how my comment could be interpreted as sickening if you skip over scores lol

Can anyone else check if their scores are available anywhere else (like naviance, applications, etc.) trying to predict the harshness of these curves

I tried on my school’s Naviance, but it doesn’t show up.
On a side note, I thought it worked for a second and I thought I had a 1970… I nearly had a heart attack but then realized it was the accepted student average for a random school I picked.

Will scores be on naviance once they are released to us?

Yeah a family friend who lives in China happened to take the October SATS where the huge cheating scandal happened… not sure what happened but I know their scores got delayed one month but they still received their scores and the colleges did as well, although I would guess that the colleges wouldn’t see the scores as legitimately as if there wasn’t the whole cheating thing though.

Oops! I totally thought you wished death upon them… My bad @emersonballer21‌ :)
