<p>why make people wait till 5:00? its not like the extra hours will help them finish up last minute apps or anything. It should be like 8:00 in the morning. So we wake up and can see, it might make people sleep less but lets face it: people won’t be sleeping much anyway.</p>
<p>some people in the west coast are still in school at that time, but i guess they’re hoping to have a solidly fair time for east coast people, since all the ivies are there… admissions offices also probably close around 5pm, so that way, they have the evening off until they have to come back in the morning and face all of the calls. if they were to release at 8am, the phones would be off the hook all day.</p>

<p>Hey guys I’ve been lurking here for a while and thought I would finally post! I don’t really expect to get into Princeton but I think I would just about die of joy if I did haha, so far though I’ve been accepted to all the schools I’ve heard back from which suprised me as I didn’t expect to get into Chicago and looking at some of the stats of people who were waitlisted or rejected at Wesleyan I have no clue how I got in there either. </p>
