[] Strengths: My essays, GPA/rank, and the INSANE amount of time and commitment I gave to marching/symphonic band at my school.
[] Weaknesses: Test grades =P
[] Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: WOOWWWW!!! I couldn’t believe I got accepted! My friends all said I would get in, but I didn’t believe them. Ummm… I guess being an URM helped. And maybe being from South Carolina.
[] Where else have you been accepted/deferred/rejected: Accepted: Stanford, Washu, Furman, University of Miami. (I only applied to five)
[li] What would you have done differently?: Oh gosh, I definitely would have actually studied for the SAT. And the SAT IIs. I didn’t stumble onto CC until after I had already submitted my applications, and getting a 2090 was considered really good at my school at that time… it’s full of underachievers. (Only two others from my school got into top 20 colleges).
[/li]

[/ul]Other Factors:
General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations, etc: My giant envelope came in the mail today! I’m sooooo excited about going to Princeton Preview!
Briefly explain why you applied to Princeton (This may very roughly show who really had an interest and if there is some correlation with acceptance): It’s everything I’m looking for in a college. …and MORE. haha :D
