Official Questbridge National College Match 2010-2011

i just wanna see already…

anyone get matched to northwestern?

Has anyone residing in California received a response yet?

:( didnt get it

nope :frowning:
good thing there is still regular decision

yeah just got the email…

rejected "/

can we forward our apps to more than just the schools we initially ranked?

not a match…RD here I am come!

Didn’t make it at Yale. I’m fine with that, though, as I already knew I wouldn’t make it. I was 99% sure that my EFC wouldn’t be $0, which already disqualified me from the College Match process at Yale.

Congrats to the guys above who made it into Stanford!

not matched…oh well, on to the regular decision round :D

Generally, the acceptance email says, congrats, you have been selected as one of X number of kids to QB College. There were Xnumber of match recipients this year, and you will be recieving more information from Jane Doe, FA officer at your match school soon.

You will only know how many people were matched at any given school through the match recipients here.

Congrats, everybody! I didn’t get matched, but I’m not heartbroken. Hopefully Rice will accept me during the RD round!

can we forward our apps to more than just the schools we initially ranked though?

No match:((( found email in trash?

hellooo RD:( I’m not too surprised though. My income is apparently “too high”. Congragulations to everyone who made it! For those who didn’t RD is sure to be very promising!

It’s a negative for MIT.

For those asking about RD forwarding to colleges they did not match, look at this table:
[QuestBridge National College Match - Regular Decision Table for Finalists](QuestBridge)

You can forward your app to any of the partners, no matter if you ranked them or not.
on to RD for me too :(

“It is important to understand that the College Match results are not indicative of your potential as a Regular Decision applicant. We selected you as a finalist because we believe that you have the qualifications to be a competitive candidate for admission to our partner colleges. We encourage you to apply through QuestBridge’s Regular Decision process to any of our partner colleges, including the colleges that you ranked but were not matched with.”

Ellebelle8, did they actually write that in your email?!

Oh, and are you guys forwarding your QB application even to the schools that say they require the common app&supplement?

Did anyone rank MIT?
MIT says that it will allow the ones who did not make to apply EA.
Do anyone know how many do not get matched yet get in through EA?
