Rejection surprised me. I was thinking likely acceptance and at least waitlist. Other acceptances so far = Michigan, BC, Notre Dame, and Davidson. No one else has rejected or waitlisted so far. Have three other top flight schools to hear from next three days. Wish us luck.
And - oh yeah - that business with the NU webiste the last two days drove me crazy.
My guess is that m S.'s rejection just proves again that the schools at this level are selecting from a big surplus of qualified students, most of whom would do fine if admitted.
