Official SAT Subject Test - Math Level 2 - June 2015

If anyone put same and wants an explanation as to why it decreases, PM me. :slight_smile:

@ypmagic i had 13/25 as far as i remember

@Kat2016 Got that too. high five

Frigidcold ur wrong u didn’t read it correctly, the last option said it would stay the same as along as the original amount was odd…which is correct

People are saying it wouldnt change if it was odd, or that it decreases. Which one is right? I put it wouldnt change if it was odd? Like if you said that… Thanks!

As far as I can remember:
6.84 for the absolute value theta one
2x+1 for the limit
Flagpole is 47. something
K = x
interquartile value is 68? Never heard of such a thing before haha

What about the value of x/k. Did anyone get one third at first? I randomly guessed at the end that it would be -1? Can someone confirm or deny this?

@bearcon Interquartile was 5. And looking at my calculator, 6.44 was the answer choice.

I thought the interquartile range would be 5

Does no conics, vectors, and matrices make the curve nicer or harsher?
Those problems are easier than stat questions for me.

what did u guys get for the one with cos( pi-thetha) i was in the beginning? 153?

Why was the interquartile 5 though? What is that?

@cbsucks Yep.

Standard deviation doesn’t change

Interquartile range is down by finding the median, then finding the median of both the left and right sides and then finding their range…it was 5

For all the people saying the standard deviation wouldn’t change, PM me your explanation? I fail to see how it being odd would change the answer at all.

@MALABARCOAST2014 i agree
also -k for that on e

@bearcon Think it’s like what the range is for 25% of the data.

I said decrease…dang it I got standard deviation confused with mean absolute deviation.

I omitted #1, flagpole, stdeviation, two spheres with different radius, and something else I can’t remember
