I have a question everyone, and especially the people who have applied twice- what did you guys/gals do about your essays the second time around. Pretty much the same as the original ones with addition to the new semester’s info/extra currics?</p>
<p>No, my second essay was much more focused on Cornell, and the specific college and major and why those are the right fit for me.</p>
<p>Well Nostalgia, this is my first time applying and my first question was about the specific major and such. I’m just focusing on the mission statement of the college of human ecology as well as using the material that they personally sent me about the biology and society program. My second essay question is about overcoming a life challenge. i’ll simply talk about overcoming adversity and how we were nearly homeless. Its not a sob story, but instead, its more like a personal victory.</p>
<p>Is it wrong if I just re-use my essay from this application term for the fall application term, because I am so upset with this decision right now I dont want to be up all night for a week straight stressing over a new essay ahah!!!</p>
