Well, our official date is 12/15 anyways, they might have just told the alumni the official date like they do to us
they can still release the results early

Admissions was a “bloodbath”? That doesn’t sound very promising.
Then again, Stanford admissions is always a bloodbath every year…

and I’m sure admission is always bloodbath every year; just as Wulfran said, it’s S marks the Spot for Stanford Slaughter.

Ugh, I’ll do it once I get back on a legit computer…

On a completely unrelated note…how do you quote other posts again?

^ Haha, where are you posting from wulfran?

Actually, you know what? I think it’s best we just ignore the info. If Stanford Admissions let their alumni know when decisions were being released every year, some legacy would have spilled the beans by now. My thinking is that somebody reminded them of the official deadline and they announced that.

So let’s not panic until they fail to release the news article thing on Friday saying that decisions will be released early! :p

^^ Yay for positive thinking wulfran! :D:D I agree. :)

I’m posting from my iPod touch… Wonderful thing, but the simplified interface can make it a little hard to navigate w/o going back to the main page every time.

Predictions for when Stanford Admissions posts that article Friday (if it happens fingers crossed)? Last year it was in the afternoon sometime (EST).

haha…I don’t know that but I do know for sure that I will be switching between running away from my computer and frantically refreshing the screen. ><

Hmm…do you think that Stanford admissions people like to visit this thread just to see us freak out about decisions and new information?

but you can carry it around

is an ipod that hard to use for CC

see you guys tomorrow, getting off CC now

This thread has 314 pages now.

@OpalDragon: the tags for quoting are [ quote ] and [/ quote ], with spaces removed. Put the text in the middle.

@Swirley: Not at all. The typing is very good at the size they have the website at, and it’s really a pretty interface. On the other hand, though, with all the simplifications they did, most of the links you see in a computer version are not seen on an iPod. This makes it really hard even to change threads within a forum, sometimes. The easiest way to get anywhere is to hit the top link, which is to the front page, and go from there.

also @OpalDragon, didn’t make it into the last post for some reason: I doubt they have the time to, but I also doubt that they’ve never seen it. Maybe they are laughing at us, who knows?

BYE Swirley!! :)

BAM. Post #4700 belongs to moi!
