<p>Subject line will be “Your Stanford Admission Decision”, if they follow previous years’ practice. And don’t worry if you’re not in the first (or second, or third…) wave of emails–they don’t segregate them according to outcome. I’m pretty sure it’s geographic to some extent.</p>

Exactly. When you get to this caliber of school like Stanford, its pretty much a toss-up depending on what they are looking for that particular year. I’ll be upset, but I won’t dwell, I still have other applications to finish, and other decisions to hear!</p>

<p>I’d be sad of course, but I won’t cry. Maybe it’s easy for me to say because my safety school (and the program I wanted) has already accepted me…YOU KNOW WHAT, we’re all going to college and we’re going to be AMAZING no matter what an admissions office thinks of us because we’re all seventeen/eighteen and life has just started. ^^</p>

<p>@BigKev, exactly the same. I know its Stanford, so its never a sure-win. My reaction to an acceptance will be infinitly stronger than one to a rejection.</p>
