<p>A few days ago I read on cc about how a girl sold her company for $100,000,000, but didn’t get into any top universities. At first, I was like damn, poor girl, she did so much and she didn’t get into a good college. THAT was when I rediscovered (after weeks of college apps) that there’s more to life than this college nonsense.</p>

<p>avtrox, This was a couple of pages ago when we were talking about IB. This year I’m taking Spanish HL, Chemistry HL, Math HL, TOK, ESS SL, and English HL. Ya, TOK isn’t exactly my favorite subject right now either. We’re wrote on our essays during thanksgiving break and now we’re editing them. We did our oral in the beginning of year(like the 3rd or 4th week of school). Really? I haven’t heard about the fact that if you flunk your TOK and EE essays you don’t get your diploma. My school is fairly new to the program, we’re only the second class. Like 22 people from the class of 2011 didn’t get their diplomas out of the 43 candidates.</p>
<p>No albums, but I’m pretty much obsessed with Death Cab for Cutie.</p>
<p>What can you do with an IB Diploma (since you get it after you graduate high school)?</p>

Getting an IB Diploma is pretty much very similar to AP. Some schools give you credit for certain scores, some don’t even consider it… kinda like AP.</p>
