December 11th in 2009 - a friday.

I am also applying to Berkeley and Notre Dame

OMG. in one week we will know. battle.

Well it depends, because I’m also applying to other schools where I am NOT being recruited. So, if I get into Duke and UChicago, then I’ll chose from that list. However, if I don’t get into those universities, then, yes, I will play ball. But, not a Penn State.

I will be so damn scared when I check, then I’ll be either extremely lucky or extremely disappointed. Likely the latter, though.

I think Google might quarantine the email, so I’m literally gonna lose my mind when you all get your answers and I’m still waiting.

Does anyone know if Stanford’s emails are quarantined by Gmail?

Add Stanford’s email addresses to your contacts. It tells you to do this when you request to see if your application has been received.

I received a lot of emails from Stanford and they weren’t quarantined.

@Rush10, but you’re only adding Stanford’s credentials email to your contacts, not Stanford’s admissions email address.

I think Stanford is done making decisions and they are telling the Financial Aid office whose financial aid packages to calculate. Because, when they release decisions they will also release preliminary financial aid offers.

^

Yes, it is confirmed, they are officially done with the SCEA’ers decisions! (I called the office)

It’s just a waiting game, and hopefully they release decisions earlier.

Great…Now i’m going to be anxious for the next week.

omgomgomg! why can’t they just tell us now and release the financial stuff in a week?!!? this is so nerve-wracking!! ahhhh

They’re already done with the decisions?! Hopefully its up early next week…I’m really scared now…

Yes, they are done, and I called 2 days ago. :)

Why. Can’t. They. Just. Tell. Us.

Damn, I wonder how many apps they review a day?

So, I guess it’s safe to assume they will release decisions on the 9th, right?

Aagghhhhh!

They should just tell us today. If I didn’t get in, I wouldn’t care what my financial aid package would have been. If I do get in, it will take me a week to get over it and even begin to start about financial aid.

They won’t tell us 13 days before their deadline.

For the sake of maintaining their deadline? lol

To keep us on our toes; I bet they probably laugh at us.

Does Stanford tell your high school guidance counselor of your decision?

They’re done already?! Harvard isn’t even close to done, according to their thread, and they had far less applicants. It makes me worry as to how much time they spent reviewing each applicant if they finished days ago.

But, hopefully we’ll get our decisions on the 9th now.
