Called PSU, lady at BA/MD program confirmed single interview date (did not say date but we know it is feb 10th). She also said that people will continue to get interviews until end of January. By end of January everyone will know where they stand one way or the other. She also said that they have only gone through slightly over half of the applications received. They also said they are reviewing apps in the order they were received. Folks who got the interviews can you confirm when did you submit the app?
No word from BU yet and REMS step 4
Didn’t receive information from Drexel about payment not sure why.
@NJTDad this is similar to what she told me. I have asked for dates earlier and if I recollect, last I saw was 11/22 received an interview email. We applied on 11/30. Hoping to get an update by early next week…

Has anyone heard from Siena/AMC about interviews yet? This is the only BS/MD program I applied to, as my stats aren’t outstanding, and I thought I’d have the best chance there based on my volunteer/in field service and experience, but I know that the letters were sent at the beginning of the week and I was wondering if anyone had heard yet.

i applied for PSU on the 30th and got an interview a few weeks ago

Okay, so I was told that REMS, UCONN SPiM, and GWU 7-yr are going to be coming out this month. Does anyone know any dates roughly around the time interview decisions come out?
Currently at REMS step 4 and GWU under review. UCONN idk at this point.
This is super late but here are my current updates.
Pitt - did not receive an invitation to apply for GAP
PSU - still waiting “Your application is currently under review. We have received everything required to complete your application. Once a decision is made, it will be posted here.”
REMS - Already did optional interview, currently on step 3. I’m not sure when it changed, I think on monday 1/4, I had not checked it over break.
CWRU - still waiting, it says that they have received all of my materials
Brown - Waiting
Rice/Baylor - Waiting
Did anybody request an alumni interview for CWRU PPSP? I requested over a month ago, asked them in between and they said for me to wait, still haven’t heard anything though. Not sure if I should email them again.
Oh and sorry, one more question, anyone that has heard from Penn State, rejection or interview request, how did it show up on your portal??
Good to know PSU is still being reviewed, so still some hope.
Looks like Drexel interviews are on the way … so it will be clear in a few days

@mannysidz My son requested alumni interview for case western and has not heard anything either.
he applied to Penn State on Nov 30th. On the portal it says something along the lines of your application has been forwarded to med school
