Hey guys! I have a question. For those of you who applied to the George Washington 7 Year program, did any of you receive a GWID to track your application status? I received my common app submission but nothing after that.
@adamrocks Yes, there was an email to establish an account and check the status. Also it gave the GWU id, starts with G and 8 digits number. But you can login using email id. on 1/5 GWU asked few students to submit Supplemental app for MD program.

@APScholar18 I am stating what others posted in this forum. My D also did not get the supplement. But few received it on 1/5. It is not clear whether they have notified every one on that day or still will notify.

@APScholar18 @GoldenRock GW must have sent the log in information without first few days of app submission. We had received it. That portal continues to say app under review. My D did get notice to submit supplemental which we submitted last week. No further information. Anyone knows if TCNJ is still calling floor undergrad interview. TCNJ and PSU, we have not heard one way or the other while number of you have heard. Thanks
@NJTDad I did get access to the portal, I am just saying I never got the supplement.
Unfortunately did not receive interview from VCU. Good luck to the other interviewees!
Finished talking to GW. Interview request to come out by Friday this week or first thing on Monday next week. Only sub set of those who received supplement will qualify to get Interview. Good Luck to all who received the supplement!!
@Dadofhskid So how many students got the GW supplement and how many students will receive the interview? How are they going to notify usâŠthrough email, phone, or through the GW portal?
Anyone got invited to SLU Presidential Scholarship or has any knowledge about it?
@Dadofhskid Thank you for the update. So does this imply that whoever did not get the supplement email are pretty much rejected? Or they may still send out the emails to submit the supplement?
@ultimate314 I donât know all the answers. as she also was not able to share details. only thing she shared was there are more than 1000 applicant. 10 will get selected for the final spot. she did not answer number of applicant who got supplement and she did not answer number people to be invited for interview. she said notification will come by e-mail for people who will get invited for interview. everyone will know by March 31st, if they get in regular program or selected interviewees will also know by March 31st, if they got selected for BA MD or regular program. appeared to me people will hear about Interview most likely by Friday. if at all, not Friday then Monday.
My S just received an âVirtual Interviewâ email from GW with interview dates from Mon to Wed next week. His portal still says âUnder Reviewâ and we have not received any Supp email. We are not sure what this is but scheduled one for Wed. Will update you all after the interview on the same.
Plowing thru last year thread, if u have not got the supp so far for GWU, not reached the next stage. So by Monday interview candidates will be known per the post above. But last year it was sent 1/23 (both rejection and interview for those who got supp invite)
Here are the key dates for other programs based on last year thread. Donât take it literally. Be patient or wait until you get to know one way or other since each program does thing in a unique way.
1/12: VCU rejection / interview notification (exactly the same date this year also happened yâday)
1/19: Temple notification
1/21: Rochester rejection
Jan 20th - 31st:
Pretty much RPI/AMC notifies about supp or rejection and hence AMC notifies interview for Union and RPI
Pretty much LeHigh, Villanova and Drexel notifies rejection / interview
1/31: Case PPSP interview
These 3 programs which are hard to know the status : Need LOT of patience and breathing exercise!
Penn State: But mostly if you have not got the interview by end of this month, running out
BU: Still sends by Jan end and even early Feb (Late March it sent rejection notification)
TCNJ: Very interesting, even on 1/21 some folks got TCNJ 1st round interview, by Mid Feb NJMS interview
Feb:
NW HPME: Late Jan (21) to Mid Feb
Conn: Mid Feb to Late Feb
UPitt: Forgot the exact dates mentioned
March:
Brown: Only mid march (Alumini interview for UG should take place much before this). No MD interview.
Only on 3/25 Rice/Baylor notification for interview (it happens 2-3 days after their UG admission notification)
Wash: In March but did not see many posts on this.
@stdmedsch, I got a call yesterday inviting me to the Presidential Scholarship weekend at the end of February. Are you going? They said theyâll send more info through email sometime today.
@WaitingtoKnow Congratulations on GW âVirtual Interviewâ. Appears like new thing they may be starting this year. Good news is, people who did not get supplement may still qualify to go forward in process. do let us know more, as you know.
As per rejection email response I got, UPitt interview invites were sent December
Thanks to @allformd, went back to last year thread again because not clear what the previous post is. Any how, last year Pitt GAP sent both rejection and interview notification on 2/17. We will know one way or other from Pitt.
