Sorry I shouldn’t have been so disrespectful . My insecurities did get the best of me (despite the fact that I’m perfectly qualified ). But the state actually mandates that the UC admit CCC Students before ANY other four year or two year institutions…so in reality policy is in your
favor … That’s my logic … If you’d like more info I can elaborate further! @jhern17
You guys are awesome for stressing on this ucb admission as much as I am. Bless you all. Btw getting 4.0s at cc is easy as pie if you work your butt off. Of course. Haha.
Sitting in the food court at the mall with my son, not wanting to move and lose reception. To occupy himself he’s loudly singing the national anthem until he doesn’t know the words and switches to we wish you a merry Christmas. I don’t care though, I’m glued to this seat in anticipation!
Yea juanton I feel you. Wish I would have transferred straight to a uc rather than pit stopping at csu sometimes. But csu has been very good to me. I wouldn’t even have ha the confidence to apply to ucb without my wonderful csu professors and peers.
Actually no.
If you are doing electrical or computer science/engineering, only a select few can maintain a 4.0.
Plus there are people that take 9-12 units per semester and take 3-4 years to get out of CC.
It all depends on your major and if you take longer (less units per semester) or just try to get done as quick as you can.
TOO MANY Prereqs for most engineering/bio majors.
