@uchopeful22 She’s a bio major. She was accepted in March. My TAG was “approved” in November but I wasn’t accepted in March like most TAG applicants. I asked a counselor at my cc and she said I needed the second semester of O Chem. There are several people on this thread that applied through TAG but never got an acceptance and have completed everything so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m expecting a rejection. It sucks:(
@caligirl31o Wow! She’s fortunate as Biology would be a popular major in my opinion. And I looked at the TAG requirements, it says a year of O Chem is required.

Yeah I applied already, if you’re going to SIR, make sure you do housing stuff asap or else they’re going to give you the most expensive place (happened to my friend last year).

Ok so I’m a bit confused on what exactly the regents scholarship awards (financially)… I was under the impression that it awards $2,500 (which could be renewed for another year) but is it actually more?? Is that the starting amount or something? I’m confused. Cant find that exact info on the UCI site. I need sleep. Help please.

Hey do you guys think it’s possible to minor in biological sciences if my major is in PSB? I am planning on minoring in something related to neuroscience but I’m not sure if that’s even possible.
