For those of you that were accepted, were you notified through email to check your portal? I’m just asking so I don’t have to constantly log into my portal.

I applied as Comp. Lit. with a backup in English and haven’t heard back. If Comp. Sci. has heard back already does this mean I’m screwed?
My son just left to get some chicken wings he said to painful to sit and keep going back and forth every 2 seconds

I don’t think all CS has heard back yet…only one person so far…last year it came out in a mixed batch as well…hang tight!
@bananabanana Some guy in EE got in before me (CS) so I wouldn’t say that’s necessarily true.

At first I thought its just a rumor it goes by school, but from the looks of it those who have been admitted have either been business or engineering/CS. I’m Psychology as well…and my last name is near the end of the alphabet too. =S
My last name is at the end of the alphabet. I think I’ll try checking closer to five o’clock like when Davis and UCLA are supposed to be releasing.

It certainly looks like its by major, which I guess makes some kind of sense. But I still don’t know why they can’t release them at the same time. I can even understand doing them one week and then the next to give them time to go over everything, but if its the same day, why drag it out!!! I wonder if they have teams entering them by hand and we’re seeing the live results. It would explain the alphabetical order and why some people are getting notified slightly before others…
Edit … It couldn’t be live, because people are notified after hours. Perhaps it has a set delay time for QC and they roll out after the delay
