I self taught myself Lagrangian mechanics and the Mathematica programming language to create a realistic model, and then did over 400 trials with a real miniature trebuchet to prove my hypothesis. Took up a lot of time, but it was one of the best things I have done. Gone on a few tours with the youth national team, and did a lot of training for my cricket. Oh yeah, and I had to study for my SAT’s!

UIUC BABY!!! I’M PUMPED. Good luck to everyone who got in, sorry to everyone who got rejected, and for those who are waitlisted, I feel your pain. I still got to hear from a few schools, but I always go around with this in mind. If somebody with a 3.4 GPA got into Stanford, so anything is possible.
