[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Honestly, I may have come off as a misfit for the school, which is actually pretty true. I never said it, but Carolina was kind of my ‘safety’ among top schools and I would not attend even if I had gotten in because I made it to UVA and Wesleyan earlier this week!</p>[/li]
<p>[li] Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Accepted at Macalester College with $15k merit aid, Wesleyan University and the University of Virginia (OOS); Waitlisted at WUSTL and Case Western; Rejected from Stanford REA and Swarthmore EDII[/li][/ul]General Comments: Really glad I didn’t get in actually! I would have wasted the admission entirely - I’m glad it can go to someone else who will prize it the way it should be! I’m just real fortunate to have been admitted to UVA (much stronger for engineering) the day before! :)</p>
