You know the restrictions on Oasis? What does that mean?

I’m still June 1st since I turned in my spring grades about three weeks ago since getting the SGR. Nothing’s changed, I can still log into Oasis and that Web thing. When I use the sketchy backdoor link there is nothing different, it still says June. I have four boxes. Man they are being really discreet about mine… Blahhhh I thought we were supposed to get an update by today!

@smalone3d, that sounds great. I’ve been waiting for such a long time that I just want to know what my decision is at this point.

When I got the april first change my oasis restrictions changed to:

Account Restrictions

Activity Restrictions as of 03:39pm on 05/31/2012

That was the exact time I got the April first status change. And honestly, I have no idea what activity restrictions mean, but it cannot be a good sign.

@steady and jheff,

I got that same pattern and status. I hope the best for us!

Wait I’m getting confused. People keep saying that everyone gets the ECD when using the back door link. But after looking around here I see that people are either getting June 1st or April 1/3. Should I just forget about that back door thing as any sign?
Does anyone else confirm that 3 boxes means rejection? Has anyone who’s been accepted have only 3 boxes?
Ahhhh!

So, so far I have had the June 1st status change to April 1st/freshman status 2 days ago, I had my financial aid last checked on 5/31. I still have 4 boxes, no mid term report box. I’m assuming this is a good sign or atleast my application is still under review. Can anyone provide the link to the back door status thing?

http://usconnect.usc.edu/USCRenderservice/ServiceRender/AdmUGCertification.aspx

I really think its a useless link though. Let me know what you get please.

@TheSpaniard what happens when you click on activity restrictions in oasis?

There are a ton of links. This is the one that people get their status of April 1, June, April 3
https://usconnect.usc.edu/USCRenderservice/ServiceRender/UGAppStatus.aspx

This one is the ECD backdoor that everyone has and for most people it says not authorized.
http://usconnect.usc.edu/USCRenderservice/ServiceRender/AdmUGCertification.aspx

Shroomsm- Yup, just checked again. Everyone has access to that link and the ECD pops up and you click on it and it says user is not authorized. So it doesnt mean anything unfortunately.

Anybody having a problem enrolling? I don’t have an online enrollment form for my USConnect.

@LilyAmandaPotter

I got april 1st this morning, and the activity restriction “as of” is pretty much exactly when I got the April 1st status as well.

Activity Restrictions as of 09:33am on 06/01/2012

There are no activity restrictions at this time.

@Djpsu2015 and Jheff

Same here! Let’s go USC, we’re anxious here.

@everyone

Just out of curiosity, I noticed when people refer to the mid-year report, they refer to it as a mid-year report “box.” My status recently changed from SGR to the April 1st/Mid-Year Report thing, but that’s after I clicked the “application status box.” So for some people, they actually have a box that says “mid-year report?” instead of “application status?”

Yeah I wish I knew what that activity restriction was

Steadyy- Yup, the April 1/Mid-year report and the actual Mid year grades box is something totally different.

As of right now it looks like the April 1 status is the one you want to have.

Can ANYBODY else check the activity restrictions on Oasis or tell me what it means??

Thanks for that backdoor to the enrollment. It wasn’t there previously but once I clicked on it then it worked. How freaking awesome thank you very much @Ngarcia

I just sent an email to my counselor in regards to this issue as well lol

@Ngarcia3

Thanks for clearing that up!

I really hope that doesn’t mean rejection. I talked to two people who had the mid-term grade report this week and got in. one was from SCA.

@BlackRose that is good to hear! Did they also have 3 boxes or no?
