<p>send in an appeal! i was reading last years thread and someone got rejected after the SGR, but got in through appeal. He seemed to have kept close contact with his counselor and his counselor even read his appeal before he turned it in. I dont know if he had any new compelling reasons for the appeal though. It’s worth a shot and if not try again next year. I stayed at my CC for 3 years to bring my gpa up, finish prereqs for 4 different schools and because I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. I had a 3.45 after my first year at CC, but I was able to bring it up to a 3.73 by feb 1st with a whole lot of A’s.</p>

i did get accepted as a freshman though, so i was felt that i had pretty good chances.

i just emailed my counselor asking about the appeal process, at this point it can’t hurt. i would just have to come up with a really good appeal. thanks for your input. i have already applied to usc twice so can i even apply 3 times? haha</p>

<p>I got three boxes on Monday, and expected the worst. That being said, not to my surprise, I received a rejection letter yesterday in the mail. Just don’t understand how they can make me wait so long, not having any other options but USC, and reject me with a 4.0 that I worked extremely hard for during the previous spring semester. It’s pretty depressing, not going to lie. However, I’ve been in close contact with my admission counselor, and apparently he wants to talk to me. I’m hoping for the best. I really want to thank all you guys for the support, you have been awesome. Best of luck to you all.</p>

<p>April 1st Wed, edc Thursday, acceptance package arrived today. Damn it feels good, got in for fall. Making payment soon in order to make it to the last orientation.</p>
