Official USC 2013 Transfer Thread

Wow are you kidding? So June 1st for Annenberg?

@Tomred so it’s still a long wait? So anxious about the result.

@randomnewguy i can speak spanish but not write it. i took spanish 1 and 2 at my CCC and it was hard as hell!

I’m pretty sure Annenberg, sca, etc are always the latter part.

have any occupational therapy students heard anything yet?

Anyone else got accepted to Dornsife?

Just got my package today morning.

@somabella you give me hope! I appled to Dornsife and still waiting for a deciscion =(

^ Need blind or need aware shouldn’t ever be relevant to applicants; it doesn’t affect the quality or desirability of a school, but rather just the chance of admission of those few on the cusp.

For those accepted, any scholarships?

@LaurenElizabeth nope :frowning: im about to just SIR to a UC sighhh

I am about to SIR too. I wish USC would tell me my decision already, so I don’t have to hesitate whether I should do it or not. Accept or reject, just tell me already USC :(

I’ve been reading this thread for a while now. Applied to SCA - Critical Studies and haven’t heard anything back. I know Oasis doesn’t mean much, but as of this morning I have access to the STARS and it produced a report with my degree requirements for the major as of (05/16/13). Don’t know if this means anything but it’s nice to see some activity at least! Just a heads up for other SCA applicants!

This morning my Enrollment Commitment Deposit box actually opened!

However, it says “Freshman Enrollment Commitment Deadline: 5/1/2013” Is this a mistake? Did they send me the wrong Enrollment Commitment Deposit or is it the same for transfers, just with a different deadline?

Does anyone know when the deadline is to complete our Enrollment Commitment Deposit? Thanks!

I just got my financial aid award today-not good. I’m talking not-able-to-attend not good…

good luck to everyone fighting the three battles.

 1. hearing back in time
 2. getting in
 3. getting the right financial aid

so tough.

@keignat How much did you receive? If you don’t mind sharing.

@evelynnnlaw

Did you call the OT office to ask when they’re sending out decisions? If you tell them you’re running out of time they might give you a date

@sp1993 - interesting. Too bad my report from last year is still showing and i’m checking to see if it changes from august. It was prepared last year because i was going… this wait is nerve-racking.

Question: Will usc tell me if they received my transcripts? My school sent them last tueaday night and nothing!

@TexansFan do they produce a report if you’re not going to be accepted?
