Official USC 2013 Transfer Thread

yeah negative nancy relax theres a lot of time left

@jr Nothing on my entire account has changed since the 1st, oasis really means nothing unless it has your major encoded.

I still have hope. Umm kind of anyway…

Is financial aid a big concern for your decision? If you dont get the amount you wanted or it end up too expensive to attempt, would that change your mind? just curious?

I have a SGR. And also am in these classes with you guys. Lol. I can also add classes on WebReg… Anybody else?

Inb4 all of your letters of admission got lost in the mail

I called admissions and I asked if financial aid effects my admission since I never completed it, they said absolutely not completely independent. then “just wait” didn’t sound negative or positive.

why do all the schools I applied to only notify applicants by mail? It’s 2013. A simple email could work. Save some trees too.

Yeah, CSU Fullerton just sent me an email. It was short and sweet. I liked that.

maybe we are the spring admit group

805 represent!!

whats good !!! haha 805 livin

No man, I want my letter, that’s a classy rejection.

not much. getting tired of this whole stuff. you know the admissions thing.

Santa Barbara yeeeeeeeeee

lol animation yeah gotta enjoy the good (bad) things in life
@where2 where you xfering from?

does anyone know how to submit spring grades on the common app and/or oasis?

I had an order for official transcripts to be sent to USC admissions on tuesday, but the order has not been completed for some reason.

Does USC move fall applicants to spring??

@dmorin from mt. san antonio college

how about you??

To everyone, including myself, who have been going crazy these past few weeks as we watch others get accepted, I would like to point some things out to you. A) If you look at last years thread, people were getting accepted all the way up until the deadline, and even a few days after. B) If you have not gotten an SGR, ask yourself, are you a freshmen? Have you already completed pre reqs, g.e.'s and have more than 30 credits? Because freshmen and people who haven’t attained the latter are who get sgrs MOST of the time. C) It takes awhile for them to get through all the 8000 + applicants D) And lastly, like someone else posted a few days ago, it is highly likely that they wait on hearing responses from the most qualified prospects before making decisions on everyone else.

So hang in there, we have 2 weeks and 3 days to go! For some, earlier, for others, later.
