Lol. Thanks. You too.

@RollinRollin - I don’t mean to insult you, but you must not be from America… driving myself mad is a figure of speech for going crazy.

So I was just looking at the audit report again and none of my courses are articulated what so ever. Not even the courses I took after graduating high school. I’ve been admitting and I should have at least 45 units from the last two years of ccc on the report. How do I know what courses transferred? Also I haven’t received any financial aid info and I can’t make my decision without that.

You must contact a special department, not sure what exactly, via email or phone to deal with such matters @AboutdatUSClife. This is what my counselor told me…

Okay thanks! I’ll do that tomorrow.

Not sure why y’all are worrying… you’ll all be getting in, anyway.
:)

@tomred: I’m just speculating, but I’m almost positive sociology–or any major in Dornsife, for that matter–isn’t extremely competitive. Did you list a second major on your app?

Just got into Chapman film school for Digital Arts. Come on USC, give me an answer before June 1st please. :D

Though I would be plenty happy going to Chapman, honestly.

@RollinRollin: Same here. I can’t even log onto Oasis. It has been the same “You have entered an invalid USC ID” since I read about “you’re accepted if you can log into Oasis”. Man, I’m not a patience person. Guess I’ll start packing for my other choices then.

I mean, not being pessimistic, but I don’t want to get my hopes up high to get shoot down. That’s even worst than being pessimistic.

I’m an international transfer myself too. I’m in a CC in Washington State. Got 93 credits/ 62 units and an AA degree in my hand right now. But noooooooooo answer from USC :((

@lachica, I listed history as my second, so both are dornsife… I just feel bad vibes since somebody said that dornsife sends out SGR’s to just about everybody and I’m one of them lol.

Any guesses as if the admission people read these forum?

@joe If they do, they are probably laughing and figuring out ways to make the process more cryptic. lol

So forgive me, I haven’t really payed to much attention to this thread as of late so it’d a lot to go through it all but has really anything happened for Viterbi applicants in the past week or two? Last time I checked, no one had heard back or even gotten an SGR back.

I haven’t heard anything from viterbi or gotten an SGR. Still just to be safe, I’m sending them my spring grades.

Just wondering, did anyone else from Viterbi who didn’t have all the fin aid documents in get the same fin aid email that was sent out a few days ago? I was looking at old threads and it seems people who got something similarly titled were admitted a few days later. I don’t want to cause any email confusion though, just wondering if we can pinpoint any factors they can use to judge their admissions chances for next year considering USC seems to be slow with decisions.

Actually, it would more important to see if anyone didn’t get the email, rather than seeing who got it.

For sake of completeness, the title was “2013-2014 Financial Aid Information for Transfer Students”

@marty212 did it say something about updates needed to fafsa? or just more financial aid info pertaining to USC?

@ferrari
I’m a cs major

That is a screenshot of it. My dad still needs to do his taxes lol

@marty212 i believe your in. Act fast on financial aid when you get the package.

@texansfan I hope so, would be awesome to get my first transfer acceptance. Other people got the email around the same time though.

@marty212 I believe this issue was discussed a couple days ago. I received the same email along with some other people. I didn’t turn in one form. I received the email on May 16th at 5:02.
