<p>Hi. I’m currently a SMC(community college) student hoping to transfer by my junior year. For the past year I have been working part time in Burger King and this summer I am working as an intern in the Business department of a hospital. Are these extracurriculars good enough to make me a competitive USC applicant? I currently have a 4.0 GPA, but it still might change since I haven’t finished all of my prerequisites.</p>
<p>For those who have access to oasis (which I assume is everyone) when was your last “status update” at the top of the page in the financial aid document section or whatever it’s called…? Mine says the 15th… Just wonder what everyone else has?</p>

<p>Is is safe to say that for the people who haven’t heard anything either through USConnect or Oasis, our fate is has been sealed?</p>
<p>I think that’s a good sign, random. The date on my oasis changed the day they made a decision on my application. I know this because it said “5/17/2013” which was the same date that was on my acceptance letter.</p>
<p>I’d like a sign. Any sign. Even a sign of being rejection, so I can end this terrible heartache.</p>

<p>How did everyone get access to oasis? Did you contact usc to get a passcode? Or is it already set as your mm/dd/yy? Because ive tried that along with the 10 Digit usc ID at the top of my application status check and it doesnt work</p>
