so i did horrible on my statistics final and most likeley got an F because my mother keeps getting sick from her heart and it keeps me up at night… i guess once USC sees that F on my transcript it is going to be a rejection for sure. I signed up to take it for summer and i know I can get an A, but i think my chances at USC are done. oh well…

Don’t you think it’s kind of stupid, for a lack of better terms, for admissions to go out of town for a conference when they’re a week away from a deadline and they still have not made all their decisions yet? Either that or some admissions staff is still on campus reviewing and making decisions while others on the staff attend this “conference”. Possibilities? It kinda makes sense.

if i were to get accepted next week, do you think i can call admissions and explain my situation?

Just kidding, Admissions twitter just welcomed back their admissions staff from their conference.

@mickey I doubt they planned the conference purposefully around now. It probably just was just around now and they had to go.

@marty212 could be. But they’re back now so get ready for some decisions!

If I don’t get accepted for fall when can I reapply? for spring? or is their a certain amount of time you must wait before reapplying? SCA major

Does anyone know who I’d have to contact to request a change in majors? I want to switch from Political Science to IR, so hopefully it shouldn’t be too difficult, I just don’t know who to email about it…

@dpayan They auto consider everyone for both Fall and Spring, so I think they only take apps for transfer one time a year.

@sierrag If it is in the same school in USC, I can’t imagine it would be difficult even if you waited till you got there. I would email the admissions people to find out though.

@theildream I’m just letting people know the realities of attempting to transfer into the animation program. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone to apply. It’s a great program, but I also encourage others to have a backup plan in the event you don’t get into the between 0 and 3 spots available for who knows how many apply. I wish the program structure was different, or at least have as many spots for transfers that Production applicants have access to.

But don’t let the odds discourage you!

@HeartyBowl there’s no way to put this without sounding like a tool but yeah I lift

@DM1993 what a tool!! lol jk
when that person asked you if you lift, it reminded me of a video prank that i saw on youtube lol

[Do You Even Lift? - YouTube](<a href=“Do You Even Lift? - YouTube”>Do You Even Lift? - YouTube)

@DM, heartybowl is actually Lane Liffin, that’s why he’s asking if you lift.

I also lift, Lane. Although I do not play football.

Just asking if you lift because It would be awesome to room with a fellow lifter. Don’t care if that sounds “toolish”. I’m proud of it and there’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s a hobby like all others.

@Heartybowl For sure man I’m also looking to live with someone that lifts.

I lift but i havnt been accepted yet "(

Do I lift?

i’m looking to live with people who follow fist pump-push up-chapstick! no usc response yet=(

^ nah. you don’t lift, brah.
