<p>Everyone, don’t worry if your restrictions have changed and your STARS IAR has not been updated. As others have mentioned, sometimes it doesn’t update for a few days after the restrictions have changed. Don’t lose hope!</p>

<p>Under where my financial aid documents and upgrades usually are on Oasis, they’re missing now. Only the USCe.pay and 1098T thing are there.</p>

<p>If my STARS IAR and STARS report has been updated and list my major and school year, does that mean I have been accepted? I submitted my SGR more than a week ago, but haven’t got anything official in the mail or in USConnect. There has also been activity on my restrictions on 5/20/2014.</p>

<p>@transfersammy My audit report and stars report are filled out, but since I haven’t gotten any updates on connect or an acceptance in the mail, I’m still skeptical.</p>
<p>@scahopeful Really??? I hope you’re right! My SGR was sent on May 13, and they probably got it 3-5 days later.</p>

<p>@Anxietyiskilling So far, everyone who has had their STARS IAR filled out has reported an acceptance. No rejections from that group. Did you upload your grades on USConnect or did you mail them? In that case, I feel like I have at least another week before I get a final decision Also, yes, just upload your screenshot to a site like Imgur and post the link on here (Seperate the web address. For example, instead of the url format at the top of your page, post it like this: “talk . collegeconfidential . com / transfer-students” or whatever the url is).</p>
