@Msmclagirl I don’t think so… (And that’s my optimistic self hoping that that isn’t true, haha).
@Msmclagirl no, i got it on April 28, and sent my spring grades a few days after. I got in contact with my counselor and she received them and it went through processing last week. If I can hear as early as May 23, that would be awesome!!
@Msmclagirl I got my dornsife decision on the mail on the 29th of April.
Has anyone heard from Roski?
@madlion21 I was able to log in!! What does this mean?
It doesn’t mean anything until you get an acceptance in the mail or on your portal.
@omegaw22 Agree with @MedicMatt doesn’t mean anything keep checking your mail and portal but if you want to go back to page 124 on this thread and read what @20tigger17 wrote about their experience with oasis it gives you a perfect example of the process
@sunita18
Hey! I completed all the categories, except for the scientific inquiry category.
Just 3 more weeks guys. I’m starting to get really really nervous lol.
I know that sounds sad, but I am at the point where I don’t care anymore, just want to know!! So I can plan my summer and next two years.
@LoratheFora Same! even though it’s a dream to go to USC, I can always apply next year as a junior. But for financial aid reasons, I want to know now. I don’t want my financial aid to mess up because I’m waiting on a decision
@Msmclagirl I don’t think Dornsife is done sending out decisions. I am a Dornsife applicant and emailed my counselor about changing my major from biological sciences to human bio about a week or two ago. He called me and I talked to him on the phone today. He told me I could still change my major! I think if Dornsife was already done with sending out decisions I would not be able to do so. So hopefully there’s still a chance!!
This thread is a really small sample size, but it sounds there are more Dornsife majors here waiting for a decision than have heard a decision. Do you guys agree?
@cs2015 Thanks for the good news, hopefully we’ll all here back soon!
I’m a dornsife applicant and still haven’t heard back… Do you guys think it’s too late to change my major? I put biological science as my first choice and health promotion and disease prevention as my second major choice… I would like to change it so I can have health promotion as my first choice and global health as my second! Any opinions?
Call them about your major. While you are on the phone, ask them if they’ve already issued a majority of decisions. Let us know.
Does anyone know if scholarships have been awarded? I got accepted into Dornsife almost two weeks ago and it says to refer to the financial aid in my USC admission packet, but I do not see any other information. I’m asking because it says for the Transfer Merit Scholarship, the average GPA is a 3.7 and I applied with a 3.91.
Any theatre major heard back yet? Hahaha…ha…
I talked with a counselor and she told me that they consider both your first and second major equally when making a decision.
Have any undecideds received anything? My second choice was undecided since I applied to enter as a sophomore and I feel like I won’t get in for Marshall since so many have already heard back.
