About all CC being on the same level isn’t really true. How come around 200 students from Santa Monica College transfers to USC each year? The amount of transfer students from SMC are 70% more than the second school on that list
@undercovergenius Because it has to do with the students that go there, I can you you FOR A FACT, that it doesn’t matter what CC you go to, the nicer CC are going to send more kids to nicer schools, that’s common sense, SMC is nicer then say riverside… Also it could do with the fact that SMC might have more info regarding USC and they actually know how to transfer kids in there, so it’s easier for them to get the right info. There are a lot of factors in where some CC send some kids to some college’s and others don’t. However all CC’s are at a same level when they apply. If you have the same stats as another kid from SMC it’s not like they are taking the kid from SMC and not you. Everything is level, you are just confusing other factors. Also look at the stats, all other CC’s are basically level with each other, only SMC is WAY above everyone else, and a quick look on their websites shows, that they have their stuff together in regards to USC, where i know my CC doesn’t, so that should answer why they send more kids then any other CC

Oh my god. I just checked my YouSC and it said admission decision. I click it expecting the worst since I haven’t gotten any mail from USC and lo and behold… I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED!! I’m shaking right now you guys, I can’t BELIEVE this! If you’re reading this right now and haven’t checked YouSC, go check now!!

For some reason I haven’t gotten the packet in the mail, but YouSC updated. Really confused, I wonder if my packet got lost by USPS or sent out late?

For those who got the package but didn’t see their decision on the portal, are you all in state? Because I think those who are out of state (like me) will get an update on their portal before getting a package, if accepted, that is.

My theory about why some got decisions through you.usc and some in mail is that in order to meet their June 1st deadline, they needed to send some decisions through portal since they would not have arrived through mail in time. This also seems to only apply to those who did not get SGR?
Im from an out of state college, but i live in the Bay Area, and still havent gotten an update. Maybe they are organizing decisions by school location?

@HappyLifeMachine my stars is updated with my major, entrance term, degree progress and it just says I NEED classes but it also says the report is based on my official transcript and they only got my unofficial so I think that’s why otherwise it would be filled out?
