I got the mid year thing a couple of days ago too. It will go away after a few minutes. I think it’s a glitch. I doubt that it is a legitimate spring grade request.

@poisonx , same… And no update on my application regarding acceptance. I feel like you @YoGabbaGabby96 and I will hear around the same time, or maybe not. Perhaps our admissions counselors are a bit slower , or have more applications to review. This wait is getting annoying, but what can you do.
BTW i was accepted for Spring 2016, and they say about 200 transfer students get accepted, but have to wait till spring. That’s actually funny because i was going to defer anyways to spring, but i thought i would point out that roughly 200 people do get admitted for spring 2016.
@jucery13 No updates for me today either. Perhaps tomorrow there will be something in the mail. But I am laying off the portal for the next two days (yeah right) since admissions will be closed.
Remind me again when you got SGR’d and when you submitted your grades? I know someone who got SGR’d and submitted their grades the same days I did so I’m really thinking it’s on its way.
just got my acceptance letter through the portal!!! SGRed may 13th sent in grades about a week after

When exactly did you send your grades? I think you recall saying you submitted then like a week earlier or something so was that like May 15 or around there ?
I know one guy on here, you can scroll back a bit had pretty much the exact same dates as I(received SGR and sending SGR), and he heard back already

I woke up a while ago to check and still no change. This time last year, there were updates around 4am, 6am, scattered times in the morning. Since I live relatively near USC I think I would get the package/letter before any update, but when no gold taco is seen on my mailbox, I die a little bit
@jucery13 I received an SGR on May 6, submitted my grades on the 13th. My counselor said I would hear back by June 1 
I’ve been hearing that if you submit your SG in May that you would hear back by June 1. So hopefully ours is on its way. There is still tomorrow and Monday.
@YoGabbaGabby96 I think that ultimately it updates at 12. People just find them out at different times during the day.
Just received my packet in the mail today, I don’t have to do it by june 1st right, because it also says or by 2 weeks you receive the information.
If I get accepted to SC then ill probably be throwing a “We Made it” Party for all us transfers, I think it is very much deserved for all the handwork we put in , and all the stress we survived.
@poisonx @YoGabbaGabby96 , Im assuming you two don’t have access to oasis either?? It sucks , not being able to check all the restrictions mumbo jumbo.
Do you guys think there is any significance to the glitch? Maybe I am just being a little paranoid 8-}
@jucery13 I don’t have access to it. I’m kinda glad tbh. It’s a little frightening finding out that someone updated your stuff and if it doesn’t get touched by admissions a couple of days later, it’s not a good sign…
