I received and acceptance letter yesterday in the mail for SCA Critical Studies for Spring 2016!
For people who received their decision quickly after submitting their grades for SGR, who was your counselor? I have Clay does anyone know if he is prompt in getti out admission decisions! @sc193874
I really do not think your counselor has much to do with decisions. It depends on the school you are applying to and the major.
Does anyone have Megan Skalbech as their counselor? Im applying from SBCC to Marshall, and I sent in my spring grades on May 21 (I received a SGR). I’m dying to hear back!!!
I actually received the package from USC yesterday, but there was nothing showing up in the portal until today. To be honest, I really did not think I would get admitted and I even accept the offer from UCSB and even already rent an apartment out there. When I applied to UC Irvine BA major, I got decline letter in the final day. So I thought the USC might be the same to send out the decline letter together. However, I got admitted even though two of my friends messaged me they got declined. I was soooooo thrilled at that moment! P.S. I got the offer for Spring 2016, is there anyone know if I could possible change it to Fall admission?

Two of my friends got rejected yesterday and they all got an email notice. So as long as you do not get any email notice from USC, you still have a big chance to get in! And at that point, you make sure to check there might be a big golden package waiting for you. Good luck to all of you!
@MisterBelt How many GE classes did you have completed for SC? Also did you have english and calculus completed?

I didn’t know USC sent rejected emails 0_0
@jucery13 got an A+ for both the Calculus and Writing pre-req’s and completed three of the GE requirements with A’s and B’s
@StCroix Thank you so much! The letter was dated May 29th and I received it yesterday. Also, I live about an hour or so outside of LA.
Do most SGR applicants get spring admission?

Just finished my semester, and received an SGR.
Which do you think is the best and most efficient way of sending in spring grades, mailing an official transcript or uploading an unofficial transcript pdf to the portal?

My YouSC updated last night at 12, and I got a rejection letter decided on May 28, but I found that the rejection letter was the one I got last year( second time applied USC) and had a date June 18 2014 in it which should be in history message. Does this mean they don’t even read your application this year and reject you without giving you a update letter? 
I am very confused right now.
@Ellie64 I would upload the unofficial transcript first so they have something on hand. Then send in the official transcript when you can.
@Xiaole That’s odd… do you have a screenshot? I would ask a counselor about that.
