@zubear I’m sure they do, USC is notorious for meeting almost all needs for financial aid. If your done didn’t receive a major scholarship (Presidential, Trustee) then the FA form will remain like that until he receives the decision. Mine says in review too so I doubt that means anything.

I guess everything’s contingent on what time they put the letters in the mail today. Because of logistics, it might take until Thursday to get to some places in California. The earlier the better I guess.
It is stated here http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/1755897-admission-packets-today.html that they will be mailed at 2:00 pm.
If it says “Appeal of admission decision” in documents to upload/fax that means that you were rejected. Just confirmed . Now time to go cry

Do you think someone in the San Fernando valley (like a 45 minute drive from usc) would get it today or tomorrow?
Given that most people are on spring break, this forum is probably the most active one for the day 
for both students and parents!
@officialdaunte people who were admitted last year had that too.
The appeal admissions decision does not mean you were rejected every single person has it. My friend who got a scholarship has it

Okay let’s stop talking about the appeals option in document library it makes me sad whenever someone says it means rejection. It doesn’t mean rejection (thank god).
