Official Wash U RD Decisions - Class of 2011

ahh I havent gotten my letter! does that mean Im rejected… ha… T_T

The people who have gotten accepted so far are Olin (business) applicants and the top few Arts & Sciences applicants. The vast majority of us haven’t gotten any decisions yet, and won’t, until the 15th.

oh I see… thanks! are the results gonna be online on the 15th?

Yes, here: https://aisweb.wustl.edu/Admissions/appstat.nsf/uawapstat?OpenFrameset

Gosh, Darn it! On the 15th I will be at Michigan for Campus Day!

I got in! But I’m a transfer student…so I don’t guess it’s technically legal for me to post on this thread. I’ll be class of 2009, but I look forward to seeing people there if I go. :)

the notification date is march 15 or april?

congrats brand! I’ll cya next year…

How do you guys know that regular notification is on the 15th? And the 15th of which month?

^Yes, please answer. The 15th of march seems very soon because on the website it says April 1st.

it’s because last year (and year before, i believe) the decisions were always given out a week or 2 in advance of the stated date. In general, WashU is very good about reviewing applications quickly- they took only 2 weeks to read my transfer application and get back w/ me.

probably because they don’t request random supplementary essays that are 4 pages long…

^I wish they did require a supplemental essay. My common app essay sucked… lol

so im assuming… if you didnt get an email and you applied to Olin… you are rejected?

jkim i don’t necessarily think so just look at least year’s threads, the emails didn’t all come at once and ppl got accepted later on as well, just for reference i got my email on 7th

i see thanks… how is that they only send out a few but not the rest?.. do they not finish all apps at a specific period… or is finish and send out

it’s in waves

If you get rejected from Olin, cant you be considered for CAS? I remember ranking the schools from 1 to 5…
