University of Akron and University of Cincinnati both have aerospace engineering. There are lots of mechanical engineers and electrical engineers that work in the aerospace industry. If you would broaden your major to ME or EE you’d have more options.
University of Toledo would offer you a $5,000/year merit scholarship for your gpa and current test score. http://www.utoledo.edu/admission/freshman/scholarships/2019/ University of Toledo offers both ME and EE degrees and have a mandatory co-op program (students get paid). Wright State also offers ME and EE and their location adjacent to an air force base and research center provides their students with opportunities to pursue either full time or part time paid co-ops/internships.
Did you list Marion as the preferred alternate campus on your application? They offer the first two years of most of the engineering majors, have an honors program, and a new science building. They also have generous merit aid.
