<p>1.) According to the SCA website, you can send the recommendations with your supplemental application or the teachers can physically mail the recommendations.

<p>2.) For the “normal main usc app”- the answer is the same- the recommender should physically mail it. The mailing address for follow-up application materials and all other types of correspondence:

Be sure to give the recommender an addressed stamped envelopes.</p>
