<p>If you’re talking about WUSTL, there are 5 undergraduate “colleges” - Olin, Engineering, Art, Architechture, and ArtSci.</p>
<p>Assuming ArtSci (no one calls it “the College” or “CAS” just fyi), it’s hart to say which is more difficult. </p>
<p>1) Yes, you can apply straight to Olin.</p>
<p>2) All 5 schools have relatively the same standards of admittance because you’re allowed to change between schools easily. You could make an argument for one being more difficult than another, but it makes more sense to look at an applicant individually. For example, someone who took every science/math AP available and not a single art class (b/c they took music, for example) would look a bit weird applying to the Art school instead of Engineering.</p>
